
The Kenya Export Promotion and Branding Agency (KEPROBA), under the leadership of CEO Ms. Floice Mukabana, kicked off its dynamic county profiling mission in Uasin Gishu starting with a high-level courtesy call to Deputy Governor H.E. Evans Kapkea.
This bold initiative sets out to spotlight the county’s powerhouse economic sectors, untapped investment potential, vibrant value chains, and rich cultural identity. Through this deep dive, KEPROBA is gearing up to elevate Uasin Gishu as a key engine of Kenya’s export expansion and a shining pillar of the national brand.
In the meeting, Ms. Mukabana underscored KEPROBA’s unwavering dedication to helping counties unearth, refine, and showcase their signature products and tourism gems opening doors for both local and global investors.
Deputy Governor Kapkea hailed the effort, noting that the county profile will deliver strategic insights crucial for forging partnerships, strengthening marketing efforts, and mobilizing resources aligned with Uasin Gishu’s long-term development vision.
The profiling exercise forms part of KEPROBA’s wider mandate to champion Kenyan exports and push the #MadeInKenya story to the forefront across all 47 counties.
