ITC Export Development Training on Exporting to China

Kenyan exporters and business professionals are invited to participate in the ITC Export Development Training on Exporting to China, a specialized course designed to equip micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) with the knowledge and practical tools to access and thrive in one of the world’s largest and most dynamic markets.

The course will commence on 20th October 2025, free of charge, and it is open for enrollment to all seeking to diversify their markets and aiming to expand into Asia’s fast-growing consumer base. It offers valuable insights into doing business with China, from cultural etiquette to regulatory navigation to boost competitiveness in global trade.

Interested participants are encouraged to register early to secure their place and begin the journey toward successful exporting to China.

The course is organized into three interactive modules and a practical case study:

  • Module 1: The Chinese Market – An Export Opportunity? [L360]
  • Module 2: Accessing the Chinese Market [L361]
  • Module 3: Preparing for and Participating in a Trade Fair in China [L362]
  • Case Study Exercise — an applied learning session to reinforce practical understanding.

Participants who successfully complete all course requirements will receive a Certificate of Completion issued electronically by the International Trade Centre (ITC)
