Invitation to Participate in the Zimbabwe International Trade Fair (ZITF)

The Ministry of Investments, Trade and Industry, in collaboration with the Kenya Export Promotion and Branding Agency (KEPROBA), invites Kenyan exporters, manufacturers, SMEs, and relevant institutions to express interest in participating in the Zimbabwe International Trade Fair (ZITF) 2026, scheduled to take place from 20th to 25th April 2026 in Zimbabwe.

ZITF serves as a strategic platform for promoting Kenyan exports, strengthening bilateral trade relations between Kenya and Zimbabwe, and positioning Kenya’s industrial and investment potential within the COMESA region and the broader African market. The trade fair offers participating firms and institutions an opportunity to showcase Kenyan-made goods and services to Zimbabwean and regional buyers, establish trade and investment linkages, secure export contracts, and promote collaboration in areas such as trade, investment, education, training, research, and digital innovation. It also contributes to enhancing Kenya–Zimbabwe bilateral trade and advancing regional market integration.

Participation in ZITF 2026 is particularly relevant for organizations involved in agro-processing and value addition, textiles and apparel, manufacturing, technology and digital solutions, as well as trade, investment, education, and innovation-related services. By taking part in the fair, participants will gain access to the Zimbabwean and wider COMESA markets, engage directly with buyers, distributors, investors, and public sector institutions, promote Kenyan products and industrial capabilities, strengthen Kenya’s commercial presence in Southern Africa, and explore new partnerships across multiple sectors.

Interested participants are encouraged to express their interest in participating in ZITF 2026 and coordinate with the Kenya Export Promotion and Branding Agency (KEPROBA), in liaison with the Kenya Embassy in Harare, on participation arrangements.

For coordination and further information, participants may contact the Ministry of Investments, Trade and Industry through the State Department for Trade via email at [email protected] or [email protected], or visit www.trade.go.ke. They may also reach out to the Kenya Export Promotion and Branding Agency (KEPROBA) for participation support via [email protected] or visit www.makeitkenya.go.ke.
