The exhibition is organised by the Kuwait Science Club and provides an international platform for inventors to showcase their innovations, engage with investors and industry players, and explore partnership and commercialisation opportunities.

The event will be held at the Arraya Ballroom, Courtyard by Marriott Hotel, Kuwait City. Participants will have the opportunity to exhibit their inventions, gain international exposure, network with innovators from around the world, and compete for recognition through the exhibition's awards programme.

Interested participants may register via registration@iifme.com. Early registration is encouraged to benefit from reduced participation fees. Early registration closes on 1st December 2026, while late registration will be accepted from 2nd to 20th December 2026.

Participation packages range from USD 750 for online participation to USD 1,250 for physical participation, depending on the option selected. Package benefits include exhibition booth space, inclusion of invention details in the official IIFME booklet, visa facilitation, networking opportunities, and participation in the award ceremony. The exhibition programme includes invention set-up and the opening ceremony on 31st January 2027, exhibition and evaluation sessions on 1st and 2nd February 2027, and the Award Ceremony on 3rd February 2027.
