
The International Food and Drink Event, held annually in the United Kingdom, stands as the largest gathering of its kind. This year, the event is scheduled to take place in London from March 25th to 27th, 2024. The Fresh Produce Consortium of the UK, a prominent trade association representing various sectors within the horticulture industry, including growers, distributors, importers, exporters, wholesalers, and retailers, will be spearheading a section dedicated to fresh produce at the event.
With over 1500 businesses slated to exhibit, the aim is to engage with approximately 27,000 buyer attendees from various sectors, including retail, food services, hospitality, wholesale, distribution, import, and export. Numerous UK food trade associations, along with major UK importers, are set to participate in the event.
The options for participation are as follows:
1. Joining the FPC shared lounge space: (£1750 exclusive of VAT)
- Country representative bodies/exporters will be provided with meeting tables and coffee/tea facilities, benefiting from networking opportunities within the shared space.
- Logo and marketing promotion will be provided to the main company/association participating, including display on the stand itself.
2. Opting for individual stand space: £536 per m2, plus an obligatory registration fee of £450
- Space includes a shell scheme with white walls, carpet, name board, lighting, and 1x500w electrical point.
- Wi-Fi will be available, though clients are advised to bring a dongle for improved reception.
- Graphics are not included but can be installed by a service provider.
- Minimum space allocation: 4m2
